I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Condaminoise, a charming independent hotel nestled by the river in Condamine-Châtelard. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home with their warm welcomes and personal touches. While there’s no breakfast on-site, we found that the local bakery, Boulangerie Prost, served up some of the best pastries I've ever tasted, perfect for fueling our hiking adventures. The rooms boasted stunning mountain views and all the essentials—think stovetop, oven, and cozy sitting areas for unwinding after a day on the trails. Plus, being just a 25-minute drive from Pra-Loup made it a fantastic base for skiing enthusiasts! Whether you’re with friends or on a romantic getaway, La Condaminoise is definitely a hidden gem that captures the essence of a memorable French escape. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in nature and delicious local eats!
